About the event
Is this a Michigan LARA-compliant workshop?
Yes. Participants take a pre- and post-workshop exam. Upon passing, they receive a certification that meets LARA Rules and Requirements (Mich. Admin. Code R.338.7004). SHRM has accredited all workshops. We provide the pre-and post-test assessment. Participants who pass the post-workshop assessment receive their completion certificates.
Does this meet California AB-2319 California Dignity in Pregnancy and Childbirth Act?
No. We have developed a workshop that does meet this requirement and will host that session for those who are interested after February 6, 2025.
