Reducing Implicit Bias in Healthcare Workshop

Electric Cow certifies your professionals to meet the Implicit Bias, LARA requirements (Mich. Admin. Code R.338.7004). This program meets LARA's requirement for implicit bias training. We provide the pre-and post-test assessment. Participants who pass the post-workshop assessment receive their completion certificates.

This workshop focuses on reducing barriers and disparities in access to and delivery of healthcare services, including strategies for reducing these barriers and disparities.

The Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM) has accredited this workshop for SHRM credits. The workshop is facilitated by Lorne Epstein, a professional with a master’s degree in organizational development and knowledge management, and SHRM-SCP accreditation. Lorne is also pursuing a master’s in cognitive neuroscience at George Mason University, ensuring the highest quality of training.
