Since April of 2020 I have collected hundreds of data points about people and unconscious bias. Below is a report of actual data from the May 2020 workshop. As a graduate student in Organizational Development, I want to use my workshops as a learning space for me to understand the effects of experiential training on mitigating unconscious bias. Below are the results from a workshop conducted on May 16, 2020 that shows a 30% increase in participants' ability to reduce bias.
The future for my data collection
I have collected over 800 data sets since April of 2020 and in the future I intend on publishing this data to demonstrate the efficacy of experiential learning methods on reducing the effects of unconscious bias.
