Joe Lemire (@LemireJoe) writes about one of my favorite books on how our brains work "“Thinking, Fast and Slow,” by Nobel Prize winner Daniel Kahneman. Kahneman wrote this book based on experimentation he and his team did to see how we use our prefrontal cortex vs. amygdala / hippocampus. Both are important parts of our brain and come to different answers when presented with choices.
I think it is wonderful that Baseball teams are looking to this book for how the operate. Here is a link to the article.
Enjoy!
